Allweiler/Colfax belegte mit Allmind den dritten Platz. Das Bild zeigt die Preisübergabe.
"Allmind" ist eine neue "Smart-Plattform", mit der sich Pumpen intelligent überwachen und mit hohem Wirkungsgrad regeln lassen. Die kontinuierliche Diagnose der Pumpe ergänzt die Fähigkeiten von "Allmind". Das Ergebnis: eine drastische Reduzierung der Wartungs- und Energiekosten, erhöhte Sicherheit und - im Zusammenspiel mit einem Frequenzumrichter - eine optimale Regelung der Pumpe auf den gewünschten Betriebspunkt.
"Allmind führt zu deutlich niedrigeren Gesamtkosten (TCO), ist günstiger als ähnliche Systeme und rechnet sich daher schnell, auch für kleinere Pumpen und Normpumpen", so Manfred Schulz, Director of Distribution Sales EMEA bei Allweiler.
Je nach Konfiguration löst "Allmind" pumpenindividuelle Reaktionen aus, z.B. ein drehzahlreduziertes Weiterfahren in einem sicheren Betriebspunkt. Mit "Allmind" werden Wartung und Instandhaltung planbar, es gibt keine ungeplanten Produktionsausfälle und somit keine Folgeschäden. Das System speichert alle Sensorwerte und ermöglicht so vielfältige Auswertungen.
Das Ministerium für Umwelt, Klima und Energiewirtschaft Baden-Württemberg vergibt den Umwelttechnikpreis seit 2009. Er wird für hervorragende und innovative Produkte in der Umwelttechnik verliehen. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Unternehmen mit Sitz oder Niederlassung in Baden-Württemberg. Ausgezeichnet werden Produkte, die einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Ressourceneffizienz und Umweltschonung leisten und kurz vor der Markteinführung stehen oder nicht länger als zwei Jahre am Markt sind. Die diesjährige Preisverleihung durch Umweltminister Franz Untersteller fand am 11. Juli 2013 in den "Wagenhallen" in Stuttgart statt.
